niedziela, 28 grudnia 00:50Bremen, Germany. Annual trade fair, exhibition, and festival jazzahead! is one of the international jazz communityâs most important events. Hosted in Bremen, Germany, jazzahead! brings together musicians, bookers, agents, organizers, jazz experts, and music enthusiasts at the worldâs largest jazz event. In 2024, jazzahead! paid special attention to the jazz scene of the Netherlands and invited over forty jazz acts to perform over the course of three days. Among the ensembles presenting themselves at jazzahead! 2024 is O.N.E., Poland's first all-female instrumental jazz band. This improvising quartet operates on democratic principles, collaboratively composing and arranging their music. The band underscores the vital role of female musicians in transforming the music industry and promoting gender diversity and inclusivity. O.N.E. is made up of Monia Muc (alto saxophone), Kateryna Ziabliuk (piano), Kamila Drabek (double bass), and Patrycja WybraĹczyk (drums).
