Numbering more than 220 solo pieces, his four collections contain much of Couperin's finest work. We found four keyboard heroes, each of whom was free to browse through his or her favourite volume. Today Aurélien Delage tackles the encyclopedic first volume - the calling card of a musical all-rounder.
